The Challenge The client required a multisite platform that would allow for centralized brand management across different countries while maintaining operational autonomy. They needed a robust and secure integration with their CRM, high performance, and a modern user experience, all built on a scalable and long-term maintainable architecture.
The Strategy We applied a practical and agile approach to gathering requirements and prioritizing the backlog based on business value, impact, and urgency. The workflow was divided into functional blocks and technical refinements. Through iterative adjustments based on feedback, we delivered incremental value as the project progressively evolved into a stable production version.
The Execution The solution was developed using Laravel as the core backend, functioning as a centralized API that feeds information to the frontend. This data is segmented based on the country, which is identified through the access domain. The platform was also seamlessly integrated with the client’s CRM.
We implemented Filament to build the administrative dashboard and Livewire for the dynamic rendering of backend-managed blocks, which improved the interactive experience without requiring full page reloads. Tailwind CSS was used to develop a modern, consistent, and highly customizable interface.
This architecture allowed us to maintain a single administrative core, centralize content management, and avoid multiple independent installations. It guarantees structural consistency across countries while optimizing the system’s overall maintenance and scalability.
The Result The launched sites exceed a 90% implementation rate of technical best practices.
Key highlights include:
- Implementation Quality: After auditing 80 checkpoints, we achieved a 95% successful implementation rate with a near-zero presence of critical issues.
- Regional Consistency: We achieved technical standardization across the web ecosystem. The SEO architecture is homogeneous, and key features are correctly replicated across all countries with minimal deviation.
- Advanced SEO Maturity: Thanks to proper structuring (Title Tags, robots.txt, HTML hierarchy) and performance optimizations (asset minification, render-blocking reduction), the Technical SEO Maturity level is classified as Advanced.
- 100% Mobile-First: Zero mobile usability errors (Tap targets, Viewport, Fonts).
- Core Web Vitals: Full compliance in visual stability (CLS), utilization of modern protocols (HTTP/2), and code cleanliness (DOM Size).
- Zero Structural Failures: 0% HTTP errors and 0% broken images during the stability audit.
- Universal Accessibility: Full adoption of ARIA standards to ensure the site is fully navigable for all users.
